Service Description
Blind Eye Studio facilities include a private event space with small service bar and seating for approximately 40(+). Your event in Blind Eye Studio begins with an in-person consultation on premises where we discuss your event, your needs (performances, karaoke, DJs, staffing, catering, special requests, etc), available time slots, equipment, tools, facilities, the space itself, and the associated terms and fees. Once we have an agreement you will be able to create the reservation and place the remainder of the reservation deposit as necessary. The 500kc reservation fee is to assure your attendance at the consultation and rolls over into the actual reservation deposit for your event when it is finalized. In most circumstances we will refund the 500kc deposit if we decide mutually that the studio isn't the right place for your event. Cancellation Policy
Really sorry folks, we hate rules. Please understand that we'd prefer to live in a world where people are kind and reliable and consistent (we are!) but it has become necessary to make some basic terms listed below. Terms and Conditions: The reservation deposit is to assure client attendance. The funds will be applied as credit to services, in some cases the deposit will be refunded, we are reasonable people. But refunds are at the discretion of the service provider. We reserve the right to turn down projects for any reason, in this case the deposit will be refunded. Deposit can be re-applied to new time/date with more than 48 hours notice from the date of reservation. Reservation deposit in cases of direct cancellation (no future booking date) will be forfeit. Communications must be made to info.blindeyestudio@gmail.com. Direct Messaging via social media (or other means of communication) must be mutually agreed by both parties.
